Tough Economic Times

Introduction
The Lupton Library at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is asking for submissions to this Tough Economic Times wiki. The purpose of the wiki is to allow for Libraries that are making hard choices about budgetary matters to have a central location to be able to contribute and share their plans with the library community. Ideas about how to handle cuts, inventive ideas for prioritizing services in the face of reduced positions, etc...all of this is appropriate content!
We are hoping that we can learn from one another, and find creative ways of continuing to provide excellent service to our patrons.
To prevent spam, the wiki is currently not open-signup. If you wish to contribute, please email jason-griffey at utc.edu with your desired username and he will set up your account. After that, you will have editing privileges and will be able to share and contribute to this endeavor. If you wish to remain anonymous, but want to contribute your plans for dealing with budget shortfalls, you can email your input to librarytet@gmail.com. Identifying information will be removed, and the content posted anonymously.
